Opening out...

I started this blog because I want to say something but I don't know how to say it. I am writing an online journal of sorts to get my thoughts out in some kind of coherent way that makes sense to me, and hopefully others. I am not a writer, let's get that out there right off the bat. Like the blog states, I am a marine biologist living in landlocked Switzerland. This is my current situation. Though, I feel like it is a great metaphor for many things in my life right now. As a 26 year old woman, there are lots of uncertainties. It is true. I have heard this from many people and am now experienced it myself. I often feel like I am not where I am meant to be, like everything is a transitional experience. It is very unsettling. Here in this blog, I will explore some uncertainties that I am battling and hopefully get them out in a coherent way that makes sense. If you are here, welcome and strap in; it might be a doozy.
